Last week the ABA Journal posted an article about a lawyer faced with a five page limit for his brief in a complex antitrust settlement who filed a COMIC BOOK that complied with Court rules (font and margin size).  A copy of the creative brief can be viewed here.

While Mr. Kohn wasn’t successful in persuading the judge on the merits of his case, he certainly deserves commendation for creativity in practice!
